40001936 - Time portion of date is excluded in query construction

Before

Date filters ignored the time portion of a date-time value and used only the date when selecting cases. For example, the system treated an end date of 20-Aug-2026 11:59:59 PM as 20-Aug-2026 12:00:00 AM. As a result, the system excluded cases completed later that day, even when they fell within the specified date-time range.

After

The system now uses the full date and time when applying date-based query filters.
