Creating a PDF from a Topic Workflow Configuration could generate a blank or corrupted PDF when the associated topic template had been created by a user who was later deleted. As a workaround, customers copied existing topic templates, deleted the original templates, and manually recreated missing topic actions because copied templates did not retain all actions.

After

PDF generation for Topic Workflow Configurations now works correctly even when the associated topic templates were originally created by users who have since been deleted. Topic template handling has also been improved to prevent missing template reference issues, eliminating the need to recreate templates or manually restore topic actions.
