Expanded CRO support for Argus MES implementations (38793436)

Clinical Research Organization (CRO) users can now switch seamlessly between CRO customer enterprises without logging out and back in. This enhancement introduces a principal account and alternate account model, allowing CRO users to maintain a single principal account for CRO-level activities while using alternate accounts within customer-specific enterprises to perform activities such as Signal Review and Signal Assessment.

Alternate accounts are created within the login group associated with each CRO customer enterprise and retain the existing Empirica login group, role, and permission framework. Users can quickly switch between their principal account and authorized alternate accounts, eliminating the need for separate enterprise logins. In addition, CRO users can generate reporting and analytics across multiple customer enterprises, including in-progress work and key operational metrics.
