Step VII: Configure and validate service policies

In this step you will validate the service policy for EmpiricaTopicsPort.

Note:

You must perform steps I through VI before moving to step VII.

1. From the Weblogic Domain drop-down on the upper left, select Web Services.
2. From the Endpoint Name column, select on EmpiricaTopicsPort.
3. On the EmpiricaTopicsPort (Web Service Endpoint) page, select Attach/Detach Policies.
4. On the WSM Policy Subject Configuration page, select Attach/ Detach and select the All radio button.
5. In the Policy Attachment window - Oracle Enterprise Manager, select one or the other from the following service policies:
   • oracle/wss_username_token_over_ssl_service_policy
   • oracle/wss_username_token_service_policy
6. On the Attach/ Detach Policies (EmpiricaTopicsPort) Constraint: None page, check that your chosen policy is reflected in the Direct Attached Policies section and click Validate and OK.
   On the WSM Policy Subject Configuration page, the Effective and Enabled columns show a green check-mark under each of the policy rows.
