Manage signal comment types

• Add a signal comment type
  Signal comment types are comments that you can apply to product-event combinations, for example, Open Bring to Meeting.
• Edit a signal comment type
  You can edit signal comment types if you have the Manage Signal Configurations permission.
• Delete a signal comment type
  You can delete signal comment types if you have the Manage Signal Configurations permission.
• Change the sort order of a signal comment type
  You can specify the order in which the available comment types appear for product-event combinations.
