Modify automatic reviewer assignments

You can use this modification procedure to override automatic assignments.

The Automatic Assignments page provides information about drugs that have been assigned automatically to a reviewer. There is one reviewer per drug. This page does not show assignments that were made manually (when the drug was added or edited).

1. In the left navigation pane, click the Signal Review icon ().
2. From the Manage Reference Data menu (), on the top right, click Modify Automatic Assignments.

   The Modify Automatic Assignments page appears and provides the following information about each drug that currently has a reviewer (who has been assigned automatically):

   Column	Description
   Drug	Name of the drug.
   Reviewer	Name of the reviewer who has been assigned automatically to the drug.

   If rows have been filtered using a SQL WHERE clause in the Column and Rows dialog box, the text, Rows are filtered, appears above the table. Rest the cursor on that text to see the SQL WHERE clause that is in effect. For more information, see Arrange table columns and rows.

3. Click the Row Action menu () for the drug, and then click Change.
4. Select another reviewer from the Reviewer drop-down list and click OK.

   You can also select no reviewer (--) to remove an assignment. Available reviewers for assignment are those in login groups to which the signal configuration is assigned.

   Note:

   If you are working with a multisource signal configuration, be aware that the Drug Reviewer table is shared by all configurations connected as part of an multisource signal configuration. Any changes you make to the reviewers list overwrites the data in all connected configurations. To prevent confusion, you should assign reviewers from either the multisource signal configuration or the lead configuration, but not both. See Get started with multisource signal configurations.
