Manage field access

Once you have defined topic states and fields, you define the level of access that users have to each field

• Manage topic field accessibility by state
  Once you have defined topic states and fields, define the level of access that users have to each field when a topic is in each of the workflow states.
• Manage action field accessibility by state
  Once you have defined action states and fields, you define the level of access that users have to each field when an action is in each of those states.
• Manage attachment field accessibility by type
  Once you have edited a topic workflow configuration's options to select the types of attachments that can be added to a topic (or action), and defined fields for attachments, you specify the level of access that users have to each field based on the type of attachment.
