Manage Topic Workflow Configurations page

On the Manage Topic Workflow Configurations page, you can list the topic workflow configurations that you created or have been published to your login group.

General activities

The following links appear at the top of the page and affect the entire page:

  • Add Workflow Configuration to add a blank topic workflow configuration or define the fields, workflow states, user access levels, e-mail notification rules, and templates.
  • Import Workflow Configuration Account to import files from this and previous releases.
  • Import Workflow Configuration File to import a previously exported topic workflow.
  • Back to return to the Settings page.
  • Columns to select the columns to include in a table, specify the order in which they appear in a table, specify the sort order within columns, and make your layout the default for users in your login group.
  • Print the content of the topic workflow configuration.
  • Download the topic workflow configuration in a selected format.

Row-specific activities

The following menu options are available from the Row Action menu (Row menu), located in the first column of the table, and affect an individual row in the table:

  • Edit to edit workflow details, including fields, topic states, action states, email notifications, topic templates, and action types.
  • Copy to duplicate an existing topic workflow configuration and use it to create a customized configuration.
  • Delete to delete the configuration from the database, along with all topics, including all comments and attachments associated with them. You can also remove references to the configuration without deleting it from the database; it will no longer be accessible from the application.
  • Publish to make a topic workflow configuration available to other users.
  • Export to allow another application instance with the same or greater topic schema version to import it.
  • Create PDF to create a downloadable file that includes all the workflow configuration options; site options; topic, action, attachment, and work team fields; topic and action states; action types; topic templates and actions; and email notification rules defined for the topic workflow configuration.
