Reopen a topic
You can reopen a topic if the topic is in a closed state and your topic workflow configuration includes a transition from that state to another state, such as Assigned or Reopened.
This option may only be available if you have the work team permission to reopen topics.
- In the left navigation pane, click the Topic Management icon ().
- Click the Topics tab.
- Click the Row Action menu () of a topic whose current state is Closed, and then click Reopen.
- From the Current state drop-down list, select a state. Your topic workflow configuration defines the states that can be assigned to a topic that is in a final state.
- Click Save.
