View the details of a Signal Review alert

You can click an alert icon in the Signal History comments table, or from Submit Review, to see the detailed information that triggered creation of an alert.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Signal Review icon (Signal Review icon).
  2. Click the product's Row Action Menu (Row Action menu icon) and select View Product-Event Combinations, or click the product name or total count.
  3. Click the product-event combination's Row Action Menu (Row Action Menu icon) and click View Signal History or Submit Review.
  4. From the Alerts column, click an alert type icon to display details about that specific alert. There is no limit to the number of Alert Details windows you can open.
    Details include the date the alert was created, its name and a description, the alert rule it is based on, the complexity level, and the condition that triggered it.

    A table displays one row with the information at the time the alert was triggered. The default columns that display are based on the source of the data attached to the alert.

    The following links appear at the top of the page and affect the entire page:
    • Columns to select the columns to include in a table, specify the order in which they appear in a table, specify the sort order within columns, and make your layout the default for users in your login group.
    • Print to print the content of the table.
    • Download to download the table in a selected format.
  5. Click Close.
