WebLogic 12.2.1.4 (includes ADF runtime) with Java 8 version 211 and above. Required if you plan to use single sign-on solution IDCS: Web Tier Security Service (WTSS), Version: 21.3.3-2112151112. Required if you plan to use single sign-on solution other than IDCS: OAM WebGate, OHS version 12.2.1.4.
