Graphs for 2D results
- Graphs for 2D results
For two-dimensional results (for example, Drug+Event), the graph types are described in the following table. The graph types are available for MGPS runs. Some are available for logistic regression runs. - View a bar graph
In addition to the restrictions you specified on the Select Criteria page, you can include additional restrictions and display options. - Bar graphs
Bar graphs provide a straightforward way to display the items most closely associated with a specified drug or event, showing the strength of association by plotting each computed statistical score as the length of a horizontal bar. - View a confidence interval graph
Confidence interval graphs are similar to bar graphs but also include a confidence interval or error bar superimposed on each bar to show the 5% and 95% confidence limits. - Confidence interval graphs
A confidence interval graph is available for two-dimensional MGPS results and logistic regression results. - View a discrete map graph
Discrete map graphs provide a way to compare strength of associations between specified drugs and events across multiple discrete (non-cumulative) subsets. - Discrete map graphs
Discrete map graphs are available for two-dimensional MGPS results of data mining runs that use non-cumulative subsets. - View a cumulative map graph
Cumulative map graphs provide a way to compare strength of associations between specific drugs and events across multiple subsets, which are typically based on a continuous variable, such as Year. - Cumulative map graphs
- View a sector map
A sector map for data mining results is a visual presentation of data for a particular drug across all System Organ Classes (SOCs). - Sector maps
Sector maps are available for two-dimensional results of MGPS data mining runs.
