Graphs for 3D results
- Graphs for 3D results
For three-dimensional results (for example, Drug+Drug+Event), the available graph types are described in the following table. These graph types are available for MGPS runs only. - View a hierarchy graph
Hierarchy graphs highlight situations in which there are interaction effects (such as drug interactions or event syndromes), where the score for an interaction or syndrome is not predicted by the scores of its components. - Hierarchy graphs
Hierarchy graphs are available for three- dimensional results of MGPS data mining runs. - View an overlap graph
Overlap graphs highlight situations in which there are interaction effects (such as drug interactions or event syndromes), where the score for an interaction or syndrome is not predicted simply by the scores of its components. - Overlap graphs
An overlap graph is available for three- dimensional results of MGPS data mining runs. - View a nested confidence interval graph
To help you investigate possible drug interactions or multi-event syndromes, the nested confidence interval graph displays sets of confidence intervals. - Nested confidence interval graphs
In each nested confidence interval graph set, the first confidence interval is for the 3D combination for the specified pattern (such as Drug+Drug+Event). Subsequent confidence intervals in the set are for the 2D combinations (such as Drug+Event.)
