Get the template

A spreadsheet template for the bulk import file is available in Oracle Identity Self Service. You can download it and reuse it as necessary to create bulk import files.

To download the template:

1. In the upper-right corner, select Manage.

   Note:

   Customers who have not yet migrated to the updated Oracle Identity Self Service console and continue to use OIM may not see the Manage button. Use the equivalent administration page in your current console.
2. Select the Bulk Import tile.
3. Select Import a File.
4. Select Help.
5. Select Download Sample File to download and save the template file locally.
