7 Change your challenge questions

This section applies only if your organization uses the Security Questions flow to reset account passwords. You can change your challenge questions from Oracle Identity Self Service.

How do I open Oracle Identity Self Service? You can open it in several ways:

• All users: Go directly to Oracle Identity Self Service at https://<ShortOrgId>-hs-identity.oracleindustry.com/identity. Your ShortOrgId appears in bold font in the New Account Email that you received when your account was created.
• If Oracle Health Sciences My Oracle Bookmarks appears after you sign in, select your name in the upper-right corner, and then select Account Management.
• If the Oracle Life Sciences Cloud landing page appears after you sign in, under Quick Links, select Update Profile.

To change your challenge questions in Oracle Identity Self Service:

1. On the Home page, select the My Information tile.

   Note:

   Customers who have not yet migrated to the updated Oracle Identity Self Service console and continue to use OIM may see different navigation or page labels. Use the equivalent profile or account management page in your current console.
2. Expand the Challenge Questions section.
3. Set three challenge questions and enter answers for them.
4. In the upper-right corner of the Challenge Questions section, select Apply.
