Request access to applications and studies

If you received an application or study URL and self-service registration is active, you will see an access request form. Use it to submit an access request for the application or study.

To request access to an application or study:
  1. Sign in with your user name and password.
  2. Enter a justification to request for authorization.
  3. Click Submit.
    If valid, after a delegated administrator approves your request, the role that is required to access the study or application is assigned to your account.

How do I know when I have the role?

If you have the role, visiting the URL opens the application or study. If you don't have the role, you will see the access request form.

Why is it taking so long for me to get access?

Check with your delegated administrator on the status of your request.
