10 Request access to applications and studies

If you received an application or study URL and self-service registration is active, an access request form appears. Use it to submit an access request for the application or study.

To request access to an application or study:

1. Sign in with your username and password.
2. Enter a justification for the access request.
3. Select Submit.
   If the request is approved, the role that is required to access the application or study is assigned to your account.

How do I know when I have the role?

If you have the role, visiting the URL opens the application or study. If you do not have the role, the access request form appears.

Why is it taking so long for me to get access?

Contact your delegated administrator to check the status of your request.
