Issue fixed in release 21.3.0.1

The following issue was addressed in this release:

Description: Clinical One user was navigated to an inoperable Oracle Life Sciences IAMS login screen when the following steps were performed:

  1. Logged into Clinical One with the Data Visualization access.
  2. Clicked Analytics. The Analytics opened in a new tab.
  3. Closed Analytics tab.
  4. Logged out of Clinical One.
  5. Logged into Clinical One again.
  6. Clicked Analytics.

Affected feature: Integration

Solution: The software has been updated so that when the Clinical One user performs the steps mentioned above, the analytics application opens in a new tab and it works as expected. The fix to the bug is isolated to the analytics application.
