Issue fixed in release 23.1.1
The following issue was addressed in this release:

Description: When Oracle Clinical One Platform users tried to log in entering an incorrect user name or password, they were presented with a "Refused to connect" page.
Affected feature: Access management
Solution: After trying to log in to Oracle Clinical One Platform, users are now properly directed back to the login page and alerted of the use of incorrect credentials.
