Issue fixed in release 20.1
The following issues were addressed in this release:

Description: In Oracle Life Sciences IAMS Identity Self Service console, when a CDA clicked Bulk Import > View Imported Files and scrolled through the list of files, an error occurred when there were more than 25 rows to be displayed on the screen.
Affected feature: Bulk Import
Solution: The software has been updated so that when a user scrolls through the list of imported files and there are more than 25 rows to be displayed on the screen, no error occurs.

Description: For bulk import, when a .CSV file was edited in Microsoft Excel, extra commas were added at the end of the rows due to which the bulk import failed.

Solution: The software has been updated so that no extra commas were added at the end of the rows.

Description: User with the "Helpdesk" role was able to change the password reset flow option from "Security Questions" to "Email Link" at the tenant level.

Solution: The software has been updated so that a user with the "Helpdesk" role cannot change the password reset flow option.

Description: While creating a new user, when a CDA entered an email ID with more than four characters after the dot “.” in the domain name, the user could not be created. For example, if CDA entered abc@xyz.defgh as the email ID, the user could not be created.

Solution: The software has been updated, and the email ID validation has been enhanced to support the following email format rules:
Email ID format: local_name@domain
- A dot "." cannot be used at the start or end of local_name
- No two dots can be next to each other in an email ID
- Only letters, numbers, and hyphens can be used in domain name
- Hyphen cannot be used at the start or end of a domain label
- Local_name can have only letters, numbers, hyphens, dots, underscores, and apostrophe

Description: While creating a new user, when a CDA entered an email ID in the User Login field with a hyphen "-" anywhere after the @ sign, the user could not be created.

Solution: The software has been updated so that when a CDA enters an email ID in the User Login field with a hyphen "-" anywhere after the @ sign, the user is created.

Description: While resetting the password in the Email Link flow, the customized email template was not sent to the user. Instead, the default email template was sent to the user with a link to reset the password.

Solution: The software has been updated so that the user receives the customized email template while resetting the password in the Email Link flow.

Description: When a user had successfully reset the password in the Email Link flow, the customized password reset successful email template was not sent to the user. Instead, the default password reset successful email template was sent to the user.

Solution: The software has been updated so that the user receives the customized password reset successful email template when the password is reset successfully.
