Steps to create database instances

1. Create instances on the:
   • Oracle InForm database server. If you are using the Reporting and Analysis module, the Reporting database uses the Oracle InForm database instance.
   • Cognos Content Store database server.

2. Set the initialization parameters for the database instances on the Oracle InForm database server.
