Provide access to LNMT to users

1. Log in to Oracle InForm as a user with the LNMTAccess right.
2. Select the LNMT tab.
3. Go to LNMT Access.
4. Select the User Access tab.
   A list of users and available rights appears.
5. Select or deselect rights for each user as needed.
