CSV file requirements for deleting LNRs

To delete an LNR, provide values for the following columns:

• LNRdbid: This is an internal database identifier for the LNR.
• TransactionType: D
• ReasonForChange: This is required for auditing. If not provided, application defaults to “changed information”.
