Edit a lab vendor

1. Log in to Oracle InForm.
2. Select the LNMT tab.
   The Lab List page appears.
3. Select a lab from the list and click on Edit Lab.
   The Update Labs section appears.
4. Edit the fields as needed.
5. Select a valid Reason For Change.
6. Click the Update Labs button.
