Creating an ODBC connection using the Windows ODBC Manager

  1. Click Start > Administrative Tools > ODBC Data Sources (64-bit).
  2. Select the System DSN tab.
  3. Click Add.
    • In the Create New Data Source window, select Oracle in OraClient_<version_home> driver.
  4. Click Finish.
  5. Configure the data source.
