Running the PFConsole utility from the command line

Use the following command to open the PFConsole utility and run an Oracle InForm utility. 

pfconsole <application> -autorun <parameters>

where:

  • pfconsole starts the PFConsole utility.
  • <application> is one of the following:
    • pfmminst—MedML Installer utility.
    • pfimport—Oracle InForm Data Import utility.
    • pfexport—Oracle InForm Data Export utility.
  • -autorun is a required parameter of the PFConsole utility.
  • <parameters> are the variables for the individual utility.

All command line applications, such as the MedML Installer utility, the Oracle InForm Data Import utility, and theOracle InForm Data Export utility use the default product locale specified during the Oracle InForm installation, or through PFAdmin commands.
