In the Members column for the signature group that was created in the Admin—Groups test section, click Change. For more information, see Admin—Groups test. Select the user in the Available users list and click Add. Verify that the user is in the Users in (signature group) list and click Submit, and then click OK in the message box. Click Return and verify that the Member Count column shows 1 (and not 0) for the signature group. In the Members column for the query group that was created in the Admin—Groups test section, click Change.For more information, see Admin—Groups test. Select the user in the Available users list and click . Verify that user X is in the Users in (query group) list and click Submit, and click OK in the message box.
