Report element	Description
Comment Date	Data type: Date Description: The date when the comment was entered in the Oracle InForm application. Data source: Entered in the InForm application.
Comment Text	Data type: String Description: The comment text (limited to 255 characters). Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Comment Type	Data type: Text Description: The comment type. Valid values are: Form—The comment is a form-level comment. Item—The comment is an item-level comment. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database. Database value decoded for display.
Comment Count	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of comments. How calculated: Counts all item-level and form-level comments. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Item Count	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of item-level comments only. Item comments can be manually entered by an Oracle InForm user or automatically generated when an item is marked Incomplete. How calculated: Counts item-level comments only. Does not count form-level comments. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Form Count	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of form-level comments only. How calculated: Counts form-level comments only. Does not count item-level comments. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
