This report charts the cumulative counts of enrolled, dropped, and completed subjects at each site over time.

For the best performance, do not select any optional filters on the Selection Criteria page.

A bar graph appears on the first page of the Cumulative Subject Enrollment by Month report, illustrating the enrolled, dropped, and completed subject count by month.

Column	Description
Site Mnemonic	Data type: String Description: An abbreviation that identifies a site, as entered in the Oracle InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Enrolled count by month	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of subjects who were enrolled at the site within a given month. How calculated: For each site, counts the number of enrolled subjects for the month. If no new subjects are enrolled during a particular month, the count is the same as the previous month. UUID: PF_SC_COMPLETECTL Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Dropped count by month	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of subjects in each site who dropped out of the study during a given month. How calculated: For each site, counts the number of subjects who dropped out of the study during the month. If no subjects drop out during a particular month, the count is the same as the previous month. UUID: PF_SC_COMPLETECTL Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Completed count by month	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of subjects at the site who completed the study during a given month. How calculated: For each site, counts the number of subjects who complete the study in a particular month. If no subjects complete the study in a given month, the count is the same as the previous month. UUID: PF_SC_COMPLETECTL Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
