Queries: Cycle Times

Queries: Query Cycle Times report elements let you report on how long it takes for queries to move from one state to another.

Report element Description
Days Opened to Answered

Data type: Numeric

Description: The number of days from when a query was first opened to the last time it was answered.

How calculated: The calculation begins on the first day when the status of a query was set to Open and ends on the most recent day when the status of a query was set to Answered. This value is calculated in multiples of 24 (hours) and is rounded down to the nearest whole number.

For example, if a query is opened on day 1 at 10 AM and answered on day 3 at 9 AM, the Open to Answered value is 2 days.

Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.

Days Opened to Closed

Data type: Numeric

Description: The number of days from when a query was first opened to last time it was closed.
