Site Study Version History Report

This report provides details on the sites in your Oracle InForm studies and their associated study version at the time the report is generated. It does not include the historic Site Name or Site Mnemonic values.

Table 3-27 Column descriptions

Column	Description
Site Mnemonic	An abbreviation that identifies a site.
Site Name	The full name of the site.
Study Version Change Type	Initial—The first study version applied for the given site. Update—Any subsequent study versions applied to the given site.
Study Version	The Study Version applied to the Site for the given report row.
Username	The user account the Study Version was applied by. Note: The user name system will appear for most scenarios, including Study Versions applied to Sites through Oracle Central Designer auto deployment.
Date Applied	The date/time the Study Version was applied to the Site.
