User Info: Historical User Info

Historical User Info report elements allow you to see status information and group membership changes for users.

Note:

To include the current first name, last name, and rights group for a user, use report elements from the User Info: Users folder.

There is also a standard report that shows the login history for a study within a selected date range.

Report element	Description
User ID	Data type: String Description: The user ID of the Oracle InForm user whose status or group membership changed. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Change Type	Data type: String Description: Displays the following text, describing the type of change the user has undergone: Group Change—The user has been added or removed from a group. Status Change—The user has been activated, deactivated, terminated, or reinstated. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Change Type Description	Data type: String Description: Additional information about the type of change the user has undergone. If the Change Type is Group Change, one of the following appears: Addition Deletion If the Change Type is Status Change, one of the following appears: Created Activated Deactivated Terminated Reinstated Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Change Date	Data type: Date/Time Description: Date and time when the user status or group membership change took place. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Change Username	Data type: String Description: User name of the user who updated the status or group membership information for the user whose status or group membership changed. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Reason for Change	Data type: String Description: The reason for the user status or group membership change, as generated by the Oracle InForm application. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Change Group Name	Data type: String Description: For users whose group membership information changed, the group name to which the user was added or from which the user was removed. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. Note: If the user group membership information did not change, data does not appear in this column.
Change Group Type	Data type: String Description: For users whose group membership information changed, the group type of the group to which the user was added or from which the user was removed. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. Note: If the user group membership information did not change, data does not appear in this column.
