User Info: Users

User Info report elements allow you to gather information on your InForm users. Many of these elements are optional in your study design; report elements may return blank values.

Report element	Description
User Name	Data type: String Description: The user name of the Oracle InForm user. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
First Name	Data type: String Description: The first name of the Oracle InForm user. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Last Name	Data type: String Description: The last name of the Oracle InForm user. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Title	Data type: String Description: The job title of the Oracle InForm user. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Description	Data type: String Description: Text that describes details about the Oracle InForm user. If no description has been entered for the user, this column does not contain any data. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Rights Group	Data type: String Description: The Oracle InForm rights group to which the Oracle InForm user belongs. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Email	Data type: String Description: The email address of the Oracle InForm user. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Phone	Data type: String Description: The phone number of the Oracle InForm user. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
User Count	Data type: Numeric Description: The number of Oracle InForm users. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
User Type	Data type: String Description: The Oracle InForm user type. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database and decoded for display.
Creation Date	Data type: Date/Time Description: The date the user record was created in the Oracle InForm application. Date type: System date (GMT).
Activation Date	Data type: Date/Time Description: The date the user was activated in the Oracle InForm application. Date type: System date (GMT).
User Status	Data type: String Description: The current status of the Oracle InForm user. Valid values are: Active Inactive Terminated Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
User Status Date	Data type: String Description: The date when the current status was assigned to the InForm user. Data source: Replicated from the Oracle InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
