Visit report elements
Visit report elements allow you to create reports on visit properties, status, and dates.

| Clinical visit types | |
| Subject Visit | A visit that contains clinical data within the case book for the subject. |
| Common Visit | An internal mechanism that contains common forms used in the study. |
| Non-clinical visit types | |
| Screening | The visit that contains the Screening form, which is used for Oracle InForm screening. Note that the Screening visit is not included in the case book for the subject. |
| Enrollment | The visit that contains the Enrollment form, which is used for Oracle InForm enrollment. Note that the Enrollment visit is not included in the case book for the subject. |
| Monitor (Reg Docs) | An internal mechanism that is used to record information about a review of the study documentation. |
| Monitor (Visit Report) | An internal mechanism that is used to record information about a visit to a site by a monitor. |
All visit types are included in general visit counts for Cognos Reporting reports. To limit your reports to clinical visit counts only, use a predefined filter.
