Complete enrollment after an enrollment failure

1. Click Enroll.
2. Click the Enrollment failed icon () for the candidate.
   Enrollment fails if:

   • The candidate doesn't meet study criteria.
   • Data entered on the Enrollment form is incomplete.
   • The candidate is ineligible for the study.
3. Make the changes necessary to complete enrollment.
