Federation authentication

Federation authentication may be set up for your Oracle Life Sciences InForm 7.0 or above SSO studies.

If Federation authentication is set up you must perform a one-time linking of your Oracle Life Sciences IAMS account with your Federated account. For more information, see Link your Oracle Life Sciences IAMS and Federated accounts.

After you link your accounts you can:

• Log into Oracle InForm with your Federation credentials instead of with your Oracle Life Sciences IAMS single sign-on credentials.
• Sign forms, visits and case report books with your Federation credentials instead of with your Oracle Life Sciences IAMS single sign-on credentials.

Note:

Federation authentication is currently not supported for use with Cognos Reporting.
