I forget my SSO user name

If your account is not configured to require security questions:

• Search your email for the one message from [e-mail] that you received after your Study Administrator created your SSO account that contained your user name and a link to set up (or reset) your password.
• If you cannot find the email, contact your Study Administrator.

If your account is configured to require challenge security questions:

• Search your email for the two messages from [e-mail] that you received after your Study Administrator created your SSO account.

  You received two emails (at the same time) from [e-mail]:

  • One email with the subject line "Oracle Life Sciences Cloud - New Account", which contained your SSO account user name.
  • A second email with the subject line "Oracle Life Sciences Cloud - Account Password", which contained a temporary password and a link to manage your SSO account.
• If you cannot find the emails, contact your Study Administrator.
