Resubmit a candidate who failed screening

You can resubmit a candidate who has failed screening if you think the candidate should be eligible for the study.
  1. Click Enroll.
  2. On the Enrollment page, look in the Screening Failure column to see why screening failed.
  3. Click the candidate's screening number.
  4. On the Screening form, make the changes necessary to resubmit successfully, and click Submit.
