View help for a form or item

If your study includes form and item help, the descriptions of some forms or items might be underlined. You can click the underlined description to go from the form to the study-specific documentation for the form and items, which is also available if you click Documents.

Note:

Your study-specific documentation might also be included on your Home page, which is the first page that appears when you log in.

1. Open the form.
2. Click the underlined form name or item name.
