When do I answer queries?

You'll have two types of queries to respond to:

• Automatic queries are generated by InForm. You can see and respond to automatic queries immediately after you submit data.
• Manual queries are created by CRAs or sponsor staff. You can respond to manual queries after source verification or other data review.
