Why there is no date of completion on my certificate?

Please download your certificate as soon as you complete a course; this way the valid date of completion will be added to the certificate.

Most of the courses have a 12-month expiration date, after the expiration of the 12 months you will not be able to download a valid certificate.

If you try to download the certificate after the 12 months have passed, the completion date will not be generated and the certificate is not valid. Contact your study administrator, you might need to be re-assigned to training.
