Freeze or lock a case report book for a
subject
Click Subjects.
Select the Subject ID of the subject whose case report book you want to
lock.
At the bottom of the page, click Freeze Book or
Lock Book. When a case report book is already frozen
or locked, the Unfreeze Book and Unlock Book buttons appear instead.
Note:
Oracle InForm applies the frozen or locked status to all forms in the case report book.
