Freeze or lock a form

1. Click Subjects.
2. Select a visit.
3. On the left, select the form you want to freeze or lock.
4. At the bottom of the page, click Freeze or Lock.
   When a form is already frozen or locked, the Unfreeze and Unlock buttons appear instead.
