Overview of the Audit Trail Report (ATR) utility

The ATR utility allows you to generate an audit trail report that includes traceability for item-level inserts and edits, query changes, form status changes, SV status changes, and comment and signature history. The report also includes audit trail information for the following:

Date form started
Date form frozen / unfrozen
Date form locked / unlocked
Date form signed / unsigned
Date form deleted / undeleted
Date form is marked SDVReady, SDVPartial, and SDVComplete
Date SDVReady, SDVPartial, and SDVComplete are deleted

Note: The report output zip file contains separate site folders, each containing separate CSV files for each subject included in the report. A CSV file containing all data is also included in the package.
