Start Server Processes
This step is required for all upgrade paths.
Start the following servers:

Application Server
-
Oracle LSH Distributed Processing (DP) Server
If the following issue occurs during the DP server start process, add an entry to listener.ora and reload the listener (instructions are mentioned below):

Add the following entry to listener.ora:
USE_SID_AS_SERVICE_<Listener_Name> = ON
where, <Listener_Name> is the listener name that is in use.

Reload the listener:
lsnrctl reload
