Perform Oracle Database 19c Post-Upgrade Tasks

After you upgrade the Oracle Database to 19c, perform the following tasks.

• Apply Patches for Oracle Database 19c
  
• Update PDB GLOBAL_NAME to Uppercase
  
• Unset optimizer_features_enable
  
• Set FILESYSTEMIO_OPTIONS to SETALL
  
• Check job_queue_processes
  
• Set Parameter Values
  
• Create New Indexes
  
• Set the PL/SQL Service Instances Value
  
• Gather Statistics
  
• Compile Invalid Objects
