E2B Intake Acknowledgment enhancements

You now can download all E2B acknowledgment notifications (ACKS) for an intake record by using the new action available on the Intake Form: Download ACK. Additionally, E2Bs sent via email now include the E2B ACK attached to the email notification if your email source for E2Bs is configured for this behavior.

Previous versions of Safety One did not have a way for you to download E2B ACKS from Consolidated Intake, and E2Bs received via email only triggered an email notification.

Argus Console updates for E2B ACKS

A new configuration option has been added to the Argus Console to attach E2B ACK to the email notification for E2Bs received via email: Argus Console > Argus > Codelist > Reporting Destination > EDI > ACK Transmission > Generate Ack and Suppress Transmission of Ack.

Note:

This option is only applicable if email notifications are enabled for the email source (Consolidated Intake > Configuration > Email Intake > Settings > Send case acceptance (ACK) notification to sender = Enabled).
