Seamless transition of Pending ICSR records during upgrades

You can now migrate legacy English (Non-PMDA) Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from the ICSR Pending screen into Consolidated Intake during system upgrades.

• Except for J/PMDA Reports, Pending ICSRs available from Reports > ICSR Pending in Argus are accessible in both the Intake Worklist and Intake Monitor.
• ICSRs processed prior to the upgrade remain accessible from Reports > Processed ICSR in Argus.
