In MIR 7.3.1 PDF reports, the value displayed for the RELATIONSHIPINCIDENTSUBSTANCE [4.2.c] element changed between the initial report and the Final Reportable and Combined Initial/Final MIR report types, even though the underlying source case data remained unchanged.

After

For MIR 7.3.1 submissions, the mapping logic is revised for the RELATIONSHIPINCIDENTSUBSTANCE [4.2.c] element to ensure that, when the source case data remains unchanged, the value displayed in the Final Reportable and Combined Initial/Final MIR report types is consistent with the value displayed in the Initial MIR report. Similarly, the mapping logic is revised for the SUSPICIONRELATIONSHIP[4.1.b]element to ensure that, when the source case data remains unchanged, the value remains consistent across all MIR report types.
