Copy feature for documents that support multiple cases
In the Check Validity step, you can now copy an AE document across different groups, making it easier to handle documents meant for multiple potential cases.
Intake records might have documents which need to be processed as part of multiple cases. For example, you could receive multiple AE forms that have common patient information along with supporting documents for the patient, such as medical history or lab data, which need to be attached to each of the AE forms. A Copy feature has been introduced so you can create copies of the documents received with an intake record.
With this new Copy functionality, you'll be able to:
- Create copies of documents and organize them into separate groups so they can be processed as part of multiple case records.
- Delete copies of documents created by mistake.
